Educational Program

Education is fundamental in the development of a student-athlete; therefore, DC DYNASTY BASEBALL offers academic support through tutoring services and educational workshops. We emphasize the importance of academic achievement through baseball.

Baseball Instruction

Individual Instruction: We offer instruction for boys and girls 5 through 18 years old. DC DYNASTY BASEBALL invites boys and girls to learn quality baseball skills in a safe and professional environment. Instruction includes: throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching, and base running. In addition, the program provides video analysis, player evaluations, conditioning programs, and introduces the mental approach needed in game situations. Instruction is given in both indoor and outdoor facilities.

Video Analysis: We analyze hitting, pitching and fielding through the use of video taping. Reviewing the video gives players an opportunity to make visual and mental corrections. This also gives coaches an opportunity to provide feedback and introduce various approaches to the game.

Player Evaluation: A detailed evaluation, written in report form, will be available to players to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses. The evaluations may be used by coaches, as well as, the student for possible scholarship opportunities.

Conditioning Programs: Physical development is essential to the success of a baseball player. As part of our physical training, we provide baseball recommended conditioning programs that include stretching, weight training, sprinting, and agility work.

Baseball Camps for Kids and Coaches Clinics

DC DYNASTY BASEBALL offers baseball camps in the District of Columbia for kids who want to learn and/or improve their baseball skills. Our clinics for the coaches emphasize baseball fundamentals and positive coaching strategies. In addition, we offer technical assistance to schools and/or programs in need of services. DC DYNASTY is a free service for youth and mentors in underserved communities.
