Antoine Williams, President
Coach Williams, a native Washingtonian, attended Woodrow Wilson High School ('91) and The Catholic University of America ('96). Antoine was a three time All-Met player while attending Wilson, where he helped lead the team to two city championships. His efforts culminated in receiving the distinguished Gatorade Player of the Year (DC) award in 1991. An all-south region, all-league performer, and team MVP in 1995, Antoine helped lead Catholic University to its school record of 23 wins. He went on to coach at the university, while teaching 2nd grade at St. Anthony's in the District in 1997. Antoine assumed the head coaching responsibilities at the Maret School in 1998, leading the school to nine MAC league championships out of the last nine seasons, including six consecutive from 1998-2004. Coach Williams continues to work with over one thousand kids a year in the Washington, DC area.

Carlos Chavarria , Community Liason and Co-founder
Coach Chavarria is a native Washingtonian. He played high school baseball at Bell Multicultural (D.C.) where he was team captain of the 1991 city champions. Carlos played college baseball at Baltimore City Community College and at Bowie State University, where he was part of back-to-back CIAA Championships in '96 and '97. He worked at Mary's Center for Maternal & Child Care, Inc. in the District, providing health awareness to youth and teen fathers before joining the Maret School's baseball coaching staff. Presently, Coach Chavarria is the assistant baseball coach and has contributed to four MAC league titles.

Martin Taylor, Director, VP of Operations
Coach Taylor was born in Nicaragua and played two years with the little league national team before coming to the U.S. in 1988. He played high school baseball at Bell Multicultural (D.C.) where he was a two time All-Met player and DCIAA player of the year in 1992. Coach Taylor played college baseball at Baltimore City Community College where he was a Juco selection. Presently, Coach Taylor is an assistant baseball coach at the Maret School and coaches little league baseball in the District.

Renee Taylor, Director, Director, Commissioner of LL
Coach Taylor was born in Nicaragua and played two years with the little league national team before coming to the U.S. in 1988. He played high school baseball at Bell Multicultural (D.C.), where he starred as a catcher and outfielder and helped lead Bell to its first city-championship in baseball. Renee spent his summers in high school playing with the renowned DC Braves. He attended Copin State College in Baltimore, where he continued to shine behind the dish and at the plate. Renee got his coaching start at the Maret School in the district. He has always been a quiet but strong leader on his teams, and he has been a tremendously dedicated coach and mentor in DC for over 10 years.

Jeff Mouton, Director, Player Development
Coach Mouton was born in Bluefields, Nicaragua, and moved to the Washington, DC area at an early age. He played baseball for the various youth leagues in the Washington area: District Heights Boys & Girls Club, Francis Scott Middle School, Clinton Boys & Girls Club, Babe Ruth, and American Legion. He also played high school baseball at Surratts Senior High School in Southern Maryland. Coach Mouton played college baseball at Frostburg State University, MD. He served on the board of trustees as treasurer for the Latin American Modified Fast Pitch Association League for Prince George’s County, MD, in which he coached and played on a men’s team in the league for four years. He also coached Little League travel baseball in the District, Burtonsville and Columbia, Maryland area. Jeffrey is currently an assistant coach at the Maret School and coaches a Little League travel team in Elkridge, MD. Coach Mouton works for Century Technologies in Silver Spring, MD as a manager of a team of Transport System Engineers.
